These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and kx08, the operator of the online casino and sports betting platform at https://kx08.club. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services on the kx08 platform, including sports betting, live casino, slot games, crash games, card games such as Callbreak, and any promotional offers made available to registered users.

All deposits to your kx08 wallet must be funded from a payment method that belongs to you personally. kx08 does not accept deposits from third-party sources. Deposits from accounts or payment methods not in the player's own name may be returned or forfeited, and the account may be subject to review. The minimum deposit is ৳500 across all accepted payment methods.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. kx08 aims to process all verified withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket within 5 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. kx08 does not charge a processing fee for standard withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

• kx08 may delay or decline a withdrawal request if the account has not completed required KYC verification, if there is an active investigation into the account, or if the withdrawal would violate a bonus condition the player has accepted.
• Funds in your kx08 wallet do not earn interest. kx08 is not a financial institution and your account balance does not constitute a deposit with any bank or regulated savings entity.
• In cases of suspected fraud or money laundering, kx08 reserves the right to freeze account balances and withhold withdrawals pending investigation. Such cases are handled in accordance with kx08's internal compliance procedures.

All sports bets placed on kx08 are subject to the odds and market rules displayed at the time the bet is placed. By confirming a bet you accept the listed odds and associated market rules in full. kx08 does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or event, and markets may be suspended or removed at any time prior to settlement.

• In the event of a technical fault, data feed error, or manifest pricing error resulting in incorrect odds being offered, kx08 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the player's account. Players may not knowingly exploit pricing errors — bets placed on manifestly incorrect odds may be voided regardless of settlement outcome.
• Casino game results on kx08 are determined by certified RNG software provided by kx08's game partners. kx08 does not modify or override game outcomes. All game results are final once a round is completed and cannot be reversed outside of a confirmed technical error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games on kx08. These limits are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface and are subject to change without advance notice.
• kx08 reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or gaming session. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a round will be capped at that maximum. The applicable maximum for each game or market is displayed within that game or market's interface.

kx08 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility violations, prohibited conduct, payment fraud, or providing false registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC or age verification within the required timeframe following a formal request from kx08.
• At the player's own request, including voluntary self-exclusion. Players wishing to close their account should contact [email protected]. Once self-exclusion is applied it cannot be reversed for a minimum cooling-off period as stated in kx08's Responsible Gaming policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kx08 excludes all liability for losses arising from your use of the platform. Specifically, kx08 shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, including betting losses, arising from your use of the platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential.
• Loss of data, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity resulting from platform downtime, technical faults, or any event outside kx08's reasonable control, including power outages, internet service disruptions, or third-party service failures.
• Any action taken by kx08 in good faith to enforce these Terms, including account suspension, withdrawal delays, or bonus forfeiture, where the action is based on reasonable grounds supported by platform data or user activity records.

kx08 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools to help players manage their activity. The following tools are available to all registered players via their account settings or by contacting our support team:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. A limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase takes effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration after which they will be automatically logged out. This tool is designed to help players manage time spent on the platform.
